1. Do I need special candles?
Our candle pendants can be fitted with all standard candles! Only use DRIP-FREE candles!
2. For which tree are the candle pendants suitable?
For any traditional Christmas tree – whether natural or artificial. The candle pendants remain stable on all branches up to a maximum diameter of 10 mm! Position
candles so that there are no branches or other flammable objects above the candle flame. Dried-out branches are highly flammable!

3. How can I purchase the candle pendants?
Our candle pendants are available individually or in sets of 10. Set packs contain 10 drip-free Christmas tree candles. The metal box (dimensions approx. 320 x 180 x 20 mm) is equipped with a foam insert in which the candle pendants and candles can be safely transported and stored after use.
4. How are the candles mounted?
The candles are simply screwed clockwise into the round spring part (similar to a thread) until they are firmly in place.
5. Do the candle pendulums run or discolour?
No! Thanks to electroplating, our candle pendants retain their beauty permanently. Fingerprints or dull spots can easily be restored to a high shine with a polishing cloth!
6. How do you remove wax residue?
Remove any wax residue from the candle pendants using a soft brush. You can also remove wax residue with moderately hot water. Please do not use aggressive cleaning agents and do not wash the candle pendants in the dishwasher!
7. Can the candle pendants also be used with LED candles?
Yes! We have developed special plastic adapters for this option (available in white, black and dark green) that can be combined with KRINNER's ‘Lumix’ candles. These can be used to replace the standard pins supplied, allowing the LED candles to be used with our candle pendants.
8. How heavy are the candle pendulums?
Due to the material used and the brass ball, a candle pendant with a candle weighs approximately 35 grams. This is heavier than conventional, delicate Christmas tree decorations. We were able to use the candle pendants without any problems on the small and large trees we tested. Nevertheless, please ALWAYS CHOOSE THE BRANCHES AND POSITIONS OF THE CANDLE PENDANTS CAREFULLY!
